Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in CompTIA A+ , CompTIA Network+ , Windows 10/11 , Office 365 , and MS Office/Outlook . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, Windows 10/11, Office 365, and MS Office/Outlook. Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards. Conduct practical lab sessions to provide hands-on experience. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and examinations. Provide guidance and mentorship to students pursuing certifications. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in networking and productivity tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems. Experience with Office 365 , MS Office , and MS Outlook . Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell. Familiarity with networking protocols and cloud services. Experience in setting up and managing virtual labs for training purposes.
