Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact B2B and B2C training sessions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and enabling learners to gain hands-on expertise. Trainers with knowledge in any of the below domains are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training programs (classroom, online, or blended) for students and corporate professionals.
• Design and develop course content, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in respective technologies.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
• Customize training modules based on client requirements (for B2B training).
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course quality and delivery standards.
• Mentor and guide learners towards career growth and certification readiness.

Training Domains (Any of the following):

• Programming Languages: C/ C++/ Java/ Python
• Frontend Technologies: React.js
• Full Stack Development: MERN stack
• Cyber Security

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E, M.Sc, MCA, or any other computer-related course.
• Proven expertise in at least one of the above technologies.
• Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver hands-on practical learning.
• Industry certifications (if any) in respective domains will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
