Technical Trainer

Job Title: Technical Trainer

We are hiring skilled and passionate Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality curriculum and placement training for engineering colleges.
The core focus is on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and additional knowledge in full-stack development and other modern technologies will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) – mandatory.

Additional requirements (Bonus skills)
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)React.js, Spring Boot, Java, PythonSoftware Testing (Manual & Selenium)Cloud (AWS basics)

Deliver both curriculum-based and placement-focused training.
Create engaging content, projects, and coding exercises.Assess students via tests, mocks, and assignments.Mentor students for technical interview rounds and coding tests.Collaborate with internal curriculum and training team.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year teaching/training experience.Strong command over DSA using Java/Python/C++.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or relevant field.

Good to Have:
Knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Spring Boot)Experience in full-stack or cloud projects.Selenium automation or testing experience.
