Part-time Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Trainer supporting this critical skill development initiative in the state, you will:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions utilizing a standardized curriculum.
• Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, including two 4-hour in-person sessions every Tuesday (total 8 hours every week) in the designated locations. These training sessions will be delivered to engineering students.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective knowledge dissemination across partner institutions.
• Localize content for cultural relevance and accessibility for diverse learners in the region.
• Travel domestically within Tamil Nadu to deliver in-classroom training as needed.

To be successful, candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 2+ years of technical training experience with proficiency in Python programming
• Strong foundation in

  Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  , Machine Learning & Deep Learning, with the ability to teach both

  code-based (Python)

  and

  no-code/low-code

  AI applications.

• Expertise in AutoML, MLOps, and understanding of Data-Centric AI versus Model-Centric AI approaches.

• A passion for teaching and a proven ability to deliver highly interactive sessions and simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• B.Tech/M.Tech technical degree or equivalent.
