Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or online training on:
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• Oracle APEX
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• Design and update training content, course materials, presentations, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct practical sessions, demos, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor trainees and provide guidance on real-time project scenarios.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle tools, features, and industry trends.
• Support trainees with interview preparation and technical queries (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  as a

  Technical Trainer

  in Oracle technologies.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• SQL & PL/SQL
• Oracle APEX
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Experience in preparing training manuals, exercises, and real-time use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training freshers and working professionals.
• Oracle certification(s) will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to real-time Oracle projects.
