Make calls to potential students based on provided leads.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and guide callers regarding programs, courses, and placement services.
Generate leads by understanding student requirements and matching them with suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students.
Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, training schedules, placement opportunities, and fees.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
