Job Summary

We are seeking a Claims Coordinator with relevant experience in the insurance sector to manage claim processing and provide client support. The role involves coordination with insurance companies, TPA partners, and clients in ensuring timely and smooth handling.

Key Responsibilities

·      Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and clients on claim‑related and service‑related issues.

·      Ensure smooth and timely handling of claims within the agreed TAT. (Turnaround Time)

·      Understand client needs and assist in resolving queries efficientl.

·      Provide regular claim updates and service support to clients.

·      Maintain strong written and verbal communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

·      1–2 years of experience in insurance managing Claims

·      Mandatory language proficiency: Tamil, English, and Hindi (Verbal)

·      Client‑centric mindset with excellent coordination and query‑handling skills

·      Ability to work within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills

·      Strong follow‑up skills

·      Good interpersonal and communication abilities
