Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between management, operational teams, and external stakeholders. The role involves managing business communications, analyzing data, preparing reports, ensuring traceability of leads and inquiries, and designing process improvements. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making across departments, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage the company’s main email address where new leads, inquiries, and client requirements are received.

·      Categorize and forward emails to the concerned departments (Sales, Purchase, QA, Production, Finance, etc.) and maintain full traceability to ensure timely response and closure.

·      Manage master data for leads and suppliers with various details such as Product, Territory, and Source of Contact.

·      Prepare weekly summary reports of inquiries received and actions taken.

·      Collect, consolidate, and analyse operational, sales, and financial data from different departments.

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and dashboards for top management using Power BI and MS Excel.

·      Create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and trend analysis in Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

·      Evaluate existing workflows across departments to identify gaps, redundancies, and bottlenecks.

·      Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and organizational objectives.

·      Support ERP/CRM implementation and customisation for interdepartmental coordination.

·      Document processes and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SOPs.

·      Track KRAs/KPIs of departments and provide insights to management.

·      Assist QA and Compliance teams in ensuring processes are aligned with ISO 13485, CE, and regulatory requirements.

·      Participate in internal audits and help close CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

·      Act as a central communication point between management and teams to ensure smooth information flow.

·      Monitor task completion across departments and escalate unresolved issues to management.


Qualification Skills:

·      Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

·      3–6 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Process Improvement role (manufacturing/medical devices/pharma preferred).

·      Strong proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and data visualisation tools.

·      Experience in ERP/CRM systems, requirement gathering, and documentation.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      Knowledge of ISO 13485 / GMP compliance is an added advantage.
