Business Analyst

At VR Automations, we partner with clients across India, the US, UK, Europe, and Australia to build smart digital solutions — including SaaS platforms, client portals, workflow automations, mobile apps, and API-driven tools.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Automation Specialist who can translate client requirements into actionable workflows, ensuring our technical teams build solutions that truly solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Map out workflows and recommend automation-first solutions using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to convert requirements into deliverables.
• Design and document process flow diagrams, user stories, and specifications.
• Evaluate existing client processes and suggest opportunities for automation, integrations, and AI-driven enhancements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest no-code, AI, and automation trends and recommend adoption where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation, SaaS, or digital product projects.
• Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Airtable, Softr, Make.com, Zapier, Jotform, FlutterFlow).
• Understanding of AI-driven workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
