Experience 5 to 7 years Post Qualification Experience in Direct Taxation Profile Responsibilities Assist in coordination and delivery of multiple projects within tight timeframe and deadline: Provide support in Advising clients on complex tax matters. Help Manager lead tax engagements. Effectively manage submissions, assessment, and appeal hearings before the CIT(A), Tribunals, High Court, Supreme Court. Contribute to Tax risk management and assurance processes under guidance of senior team members and ensure strict adherence to SOPs. Assist in Overseeing the resource chargeability. Managing Client and deliverables through quality results Support senior team members in fee negotiations and discussions on scope for business across clientele. Support in gathering and analyzing Business Intelligence related to Direct Tax. Build the firms market visibility and client experience by creating & maintaining strong independent relationships with clients. Build & nurture an effective working relationship with Tax authorities, business & functional heads and ensure close involvement of the local & international tax teams and external service providers under guidance of senior team members.
