Job Description

As a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad, you will report to the Regional Sales Lead and work in industries related to Facility Management, Real Estate, Security, or Manpower. Your educational background should include a Graduate degree with an MBA in Sales & Marketing, and you should have at least 6 years of experience in this field. The budget for this position is set at 15 LPA. Our client is a prominent Indian company specializing in Integrated Facility Management and Security Services, with a turnover exceeding INR 700 crores and a workforce of over 35,000 employees nationwide. The company is highly regarded for its company culture and job security. They operate across India and are expanding their services with the introduction of technology products, including the manufacturing of drones. Your role as a Sales Enthusiast will involve delivering sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth as an Independent Contributor. You will be required to understand large contract bidding processes, RFPs, and proposal building techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver personal sales targets through profitable, client-specific business. - Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and increase the new business pipeline. - Sales Funnel Management: Generate leads, optimize the sales funnel, and collaborate with the internal team to convert business. - Key Account Management: Align with key account clients, use CRM for organic growth and new business referrals. - Client Engagement: Manage pre-qualification processes, identify client expectations, and design tailored commercial proposals. - Market Mapping: Research new markets, prospects, customer growth potential, emerging trends, and unique requirements. - Promote Services: Address and predict client objectives, offer solutions, and promote company services. - Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and company guidelines. - Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, etc. - After-Sales Support: Provide feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in Security and Facility Management industry or related services. - Skills: Client acquisition, sales, sales funnel optimization, business development, lead management, lead generation, and corporate sales management.,
