Role & responsibilities 1. Meet all major dealers on regular basis. 2. Make new dealers & distributors in non-represented or less represented area. 3. Take day to day feedback from all dealers and distributors. 4. Meeting with architects and contractors or fabricators for product awareness. 5. Encourage dealers and distributors to promote full range of Hyper products. 6. Encourage dealers and distributors to increase sale and support them to achieve maximum sale. 7. Achieve monthly target given by the company on continues basis . 8. Introduce existing and new products range to dealers. 9.Develop strategies for more effective sales. 10.To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and retail trade partners. 11.Focus on sale through upcoming projects. Preferred candidate profile Flexible, Familiar with area and Building Hardware shops, Good networking relation , channels sales.
