Role: Business Development Executive cum Business Analyst Internship (with Software Testing and Digital Marketing Responsibilities)

  • Stipend:

    10,000 + (Up to 10,000 variable monthly) variable amount will be paid after completion of internship
  • Internship duration:

    2 to 3 months
  • Package:

    3,00,000 - 4,00,000 Per annum
  • Bond: 2 Years

About the Role:

This is a hybrid internship role designed for candidates who want hands-on experience in Software Testing, Business Analysis, Business Development (BDE), and Digital Marketing. You'll work at the intersection of technology, business, marketing, and client engagement ideal for individuals who enjoy both technical tasks and creative, communication-driven responsibilities.

Business Development (BDE):

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads via online channels and social media.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Promote company services through digital outreach and direct interaction.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.

Business Analyst:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand and document requirements.
  • Assist in creating BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support planning, documentation, and process optimization.

Software Testing:

  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases.
  • Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, system).
  • Identify bugs, document issues, and follow up for resolution.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before product delivery.
  • Analyze application logs to detect recurring or critical issues.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Run basic paid ad campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
  • Contribute to SEO, email marketing, and content strategy efforts.
  • Analyze audience behavior and report on engagement and lead conversion.
  • Coordinate with the design and tech teams to align marketing campaigns with company goals.
  • Support online reputation management and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes.
  • Good communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in client interactions and delivering product demos.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation platforms.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
