Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our Business Development team. The role involves promoting hospital services, building referral networks, and supporting outreach programs to strengthen the hospital’s presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain referral networks.
• Support execution of marketing, branding, and patient outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient service and conversion.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and meet assigned targets.
• Participate in health camps, medical events, community programs, and promotional activities.
• Build professional relationships with partners and ensure service satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing / Healthcare / General Management preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with field-based sales activities
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
