Business Development Associate

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Associate to support student outreach, institutional engagement, and lead generation across Kerala. This role involves regular field visits, relationship building with educational institutions, and coordination with internal teams to drive admissions.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per the outreach plan
• Conduct presentations, seminars, awareness programs, and student interaction sessions
• Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and institutional partners
• Generate quality leads through campus visits, events, and student engagement activities
• Collect and update accurate student and parent details in the CRM
• Support offline marketing activities such as posters, brochures, standees, and event setups
• Participate in education fairs, campus events, expos, and promotional campaigns
• Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations
• Track outreach performance, lead quality, and conversions
• Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
• Encourage student walk-ins through continuous engagement
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and activities
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Support internal teams during campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, sales support, or academic engagement
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle student interactions and maintain accurate data
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with field-based work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
