Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking
• Assist in developing and executing sales and growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional clients
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the Jharkhand region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally within Deoghar and nearby areas
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
