Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented professional to join our International

Business Development team. The role will be focused on driving patient referrals from

international partners, medical facilitators, corporates, and other healthcare networks,

ensuring consistent growth in international patient volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with international patient referral partners, medical facilitators, and corporates.
  • Achieve revenue and patient inflow targets by executing focused business development strategies.
  • Drive international patient acquisition through partnerships, outreach, and engagement programs.
  • Represent the hospital in international healthcare forums, expos, and networking platforms (where required).
  • Work closely with the hospital’s clinical and operations team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Track business performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide market insights.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Hospital Sales / International Business Development.
  • Strong network of facilitators, partners, and industry contacts in the healthcare space.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving patient acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end patient handling.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
