Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Achieve defined

    sales revenue targets

    (domestic & international markets).
  • Identify and acquire

    new customers

    in automotive, agriculture, heavy engineering, and industrial sectors.
  • Expand market penetration for

    SG Iron, CI castings, and machined components

    .
  • Develop

    long-term business pipeline

    with focus on high-value accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build & maintain

    strategic relationships

    with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global buyers.
  • Ensure

    customer satisfaction

    through regular interactions, technical discussions, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Drive

    repeat business orders

    and long-term contracts.

Strategy & New Opportunities

  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify new applications & industries for iron casting products.
  • Work with

    R&D, design, and production teams

    to develop customized casting solutions.
  • Explore

    export opportunities

    and develop distributor/agent network in target geographies.

Commercial & Pricing Management

  • Develop

    pricing strategies

    in line with raw material fluctuations (pig iron, coke, scrap).
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
  • Monitor contribution margins and improve

    customer profitability mix

    .

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Align with

    Production, Quality, and Supply Chain

    to ensure delivery commitments.
  • Drive

    new product development (NPD)

    in collaboration with foundry design & tooling departments.
  • Ensure on-time

    sample approval and PPAP

    (Production Part Approval Process) for OEMs.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track

    order inflow, sales conversion ratio, and revenue achievement

    .
  • Report

    market intelligence

    (competitor moves, customer trends, new technologies).
  • Prepare

    monthly/quarterly MIS

    for top management review.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead the

    BD & marketing team

    set targets, review performance, mentor team members.
  • Build a strong

    sales culture

    focusing on growth, innovation, and customer service.
