We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires frequent client visits across Tamil Nadu to ensure client satisfaction and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention. Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients in both Tamil and English. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Report on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities. Identify and develop new business opportunities in "Universities and Institutions" acress Tamil Nadu Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales or business development roles. Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Prior experience in institutional sales will be given preference; candidates with other sales experience will also be considered. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits across Tamil Nadu. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month Incentives based on performance Travel allowance provided
