Roles and Responsibilities,

Responsible for reviewing payments and transfers of value (ToV) against Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations, and providing accurate, reportable data. Tracks, aggregates, and validates HCP/HCO spend data for disclosure in accordance with compliance requirements. Partners with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to Confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Reconciliation:
- Reconcile activities based on submitted documentation to confirm all HCP/HCO payments and expenses are captured accurately
- Confirm documentation is complete and thorough in accordance with the established playbook and reporting standards
- Data Validation:
- Finalize data entry in the system of record, detailing attendance, meals, expert ToV, and Confirmation of Services (CoS) information
- Validate completeness and accuracy of all spend records for timely submission
- Reporting:
- Aggregate and prepare spend and transfer-of-value data for Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other global transparency reporting requirements
- Support report generation and submissions, Confirming compliance with internal and external deadlines
- Identify and escalate anomalies, discrepancies, or missing data to relevant stakeholders for correction
- Closeout & Compliance:
- Submit the ‘Closeout’ milestone in the system of record once activity reconciliation and validation are complete
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support remediation efforts or data corrections as needed
- Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to align data handling and reporting with current regulations and company policy
- Continuous Improvement
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance data quality, reconciliation speed, and compliance tracking
- Contribute to standard operating procedure (SOP) updates and training for new processes or tools

- Meet turnaround expectations, monitor accuracy metrics, and escalate risks promptly
- Perform other duties as required that logically align with this role’s scope
Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics
- Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations
- Strong data management and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail
- Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar)
- Proficiency in math and advanced proficiency in Excel or data manipulation tools for analysis and reporting
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments while maintaining data quality and compliance standards
