Branding & Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

     Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position MatBook as the leading tech-driven procurement platform in the building materials industry.
  • Content Marketing:

     Create compelling content across multiple channels including case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, and thought leadership pieces targeting construction executives and procurement managers.
  • Digital Marketing:

     Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry publications, and email marketing to generate qualified leads and drive platform adoption. Additionally, build digital strategy to increase brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Industry Relations:

     Build relationships with construction industry associations, trade publications, and key influencers to enhance brand credibility and market presence.
  • Event Marketing:

     Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to showcase MatBook's value proposition and generate leads.
  • Sales Enablement:

     Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sales process and improve conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence:

     Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Performance Analytics:

     Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality to continuously optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate business impact.
  • Partnership Marketing:

     Support business development initiatives by creating co-marketing materials and campaigns with strategic partners and suppliers.


Qualifications

  • Experience:

     3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Digital Expertise:

     Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge:

     Understanding of construction industry dynamics, procurement processes, or B2B marketplace business models is highly preferred.
  • Content Creation:

     Proven experience in creating compelling marketing content, managing social media presence, and developing brand messaging.
  • Analytical Skills:

     Strong analytical abilities with experience in campaign performance measurement, lead attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Communication:

     Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
  • Project Management:

     Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Mindset:

     Strong teamwork skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and business development teams.
