We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Branding & Marketing Manager with a strong passion for education and technology to lead and oversee the branding and marketing efforts at STEMROBO Technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and enhancing the brand identity, establishing a powerful presence across both online and offline channels, and designing impactful campaigns aimed at driving business growth, expanding market reach, and fostering deeper customer engagement.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to establish and enhance STEMROBO s market positioning.
Lead and manage marketing campaigns from planning, execution, to analysis for both digital and offline channels.
Design and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing collateral, communication platforms, and social media.
Plan and oversee the production of promotional materials, product videos, brochures, presentations, and other brand assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content, and Design) to ensure alignment of branding strategies with business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine and adapt marketing strategies.
Handle public relations, media planning, and partnership marketing to boost brand awareness.
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and digital ad campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
Manage event marketing for exhibitions, school engagements, seminars, and conferences.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, media houses, influencers, and industry leaders for strategic collaborations.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications roles preferably in the EdTech, Technology, or STEM sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, PPC, and social media.
Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about building impactful brand stories.
