Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned, strategically minded manager to lead brand and content across all consumer touchpoints. This role will helm brand campaigns, shape performance creatives, partnerships and integrated storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic brand thinking, digital marketing expertise, and executional rigor to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business impact across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and communication strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute the brand marketing roadmap across key digital products under HT Digital.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand visibility, partnerships, and audience engagement.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and owned media channels.
  • Collaborate with product, editorial, and design teams to drive full-funnel brand communication
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure timely, high-quality creative output.

Partner Management

  • Manage external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers for scalability and quality.
  • Ensure smooth creative workflows, prioritization, and project delivery across multiple stakeholders and campaigns.

Digital Product + UX Influence

  • Collaborate with edit, product and growth team on micro-copy, onboarding flows, banners, in-app visuals, and push notifications to ensure a consistent brand experience across the platform

Measurement and Insights

  • Translate consumer insights, funnel metrics, and competitive research into compelling creative strategies.
  • Track and report on key brand performance metrics – awareness, MOUB, direct/branded traffic, social growth, and contribution to subscriber funnel.
  • Use analytics tools and campaign data to derive campaign insights and optimize marketing efforts.


Key Qualifications-

  • 3-5 + years of experience in brand management roles preferably in media, consumer tech, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns across mainline, digital and social platforms.
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts CTR, CVR, and CPC.
  • Sharp design sensibility with hands-on expertise in visual storytelling, copy direction, and brand tone-of-voice.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools ( Veo 3/ Canva Pro suite / Eleven Labs/ Mid journey), social tracking ( Hoot Suite).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web/campaign tracking tools. Knowledge of marketing automation tools like moengage is desired.
