Job Description

Position Overview

This role will support the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives in

alignment with the company’s annual goals. The role includes developing and executing brand

strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve business goals. The role requires a strong understanding of branding principles, marketing trends, social media management, and consumer behavior. It also requires strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions backed with market research.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including brand positioning,
  • messaging, and visual identity.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand
  • management and marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social,
  • print, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Requires creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and manage multiple
  • projects simultaneously.
  • Management of brand social media pages.
  • Understand consumer behavior, identify market trends, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (brand awareness, customer perception,
  • market share) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with various teams (creative, digital, sales, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and
  • alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Support in hotel teams on content and media strategy for social media, new launches and
  • relaunches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including
  • clients and partners.


Core Skills

  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication, including effective presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Sound understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content strategies.
  • Product knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with efficiency.
  • Familiarity with the luxury hospitality industry’s standards, audience expectations, and branding nuances.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10 plus years’ experience in Brand Marketing.
  • Proven experience in the luxury hotel or high-end hospitality sector is essential.
