About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This is a unique opportunity to lead the brand strategy and presence of DIGIKIT in a key market. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and enhancing the DIGIKIT brand identity, driving brand awareness, and fostering strong client relationships within Visakhapatnam and the broader Andhra Pradesh region. This role operates on a hybrid model, offering flexibility while requiring physical presence for client meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Management:

  Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for DIGIKIT in the Visakhapatnam market, aligning with the agency's overall brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communication channels (online and offline).
• Monitor brand health, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

• Digital Marketing Leadership:

  Leverage your digital marketing expertise to guide brand-focused digital campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) to develop and implement integrated brand campaigns.
• Identify and implement digital strategies to enhance DIGIKIT's online visibility and reputation.

• Market Penetration & Client Engagement:

  Act as a brand ambassador for DIGIKIT in Visakhapatnam, building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation activities in the region.
• Attend client meetings in Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas as and when required, representing DIGIKIT's brand values and service offerings.

• Content & Communication:

  Contribute to the development of brand-aligned content, including case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral specific to the local market.
• Manage local PR and outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Track and report on key brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and market trends to inform future brand strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing is essential.

• Demonstrable experience in brand management or a similar role, ideally within an agency environment or a B2B setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Visakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh market is a plus.
