Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Collaterals

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with corporate objectives.
• Create brand collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital assets) ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Formulate and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.

Media & Communication

• Identify and leverage mass media and digital platforms to maximize brand visibility.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Event Management

• Plan and execute flagship events and brand activations to drive engagement.
• Represent the brand at high-profile industry events and forums.

Project Leadership

• Lead prestigious projects that elevate brand perception in the market.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and high-quality delivery.

Market Analysis & Insights

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in brand management, preferably at a corporate level.
• Strong expertise in brand identity creation, mass media, digital marketing, and event management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact projects.
