Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Manager to build, promote, and strengthen BNAL’s brand presence across markets. The role involves developing brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency, managing digital and offline campaigns, and enhancing brand equity in line with BNAL’s vision. The ideal candidate should bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience, with a flair for storytelling, design sensibility, and market understanding within industrial and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development · Design and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. · Position BNAL as a thought leader in prefabricated construction solutions across target sectors. · Manage brand architecture, guidelines, messaging, and identity across all platforms. Communication & Content · Develop compelling content for corporate communications, product brochures, case studies, website, and social media. · Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for creative development, PR, media buying, and production. · Drive impactful storytelling through customer success stories, innovation showcases, and project highlights. Campaign Management · Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and exhibitions. · Work closely with sales and product teams to design targeted marketing assets for customer engagement. Digital & Social Media · Implement performance-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. Market Research & Insights · Monitor market trends, customer perceptions, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy. · Conduct brand health studies and provide actionable insights for brand evolution. Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. · 5–7 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in B2B, industrial products, or infrastructure sector. · Strong understanding of branding fundamentals, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset. · Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics). · Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver within timelines. · Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, client interactions, and brand activations.
