Job Summary:

Overall Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple projects – from planning to execution to final delivery.
• Coordinate across departments including Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Dispatch for smooth project flow.
• Drive project performance by ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure resource planning (manpower, material, equipment) for all active and upcoming projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide MIS reports and progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure all safety, statutory, and regulatory compliances are followed at site and in project execution.
• Monitor subcontractors and vendors for performance, delivery, and contract compliance.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in end-to-end project management, especially in PEB/PUF/industrial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project planning software/tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites across India as required.
