Job Description for Project Manager (Site) PEB Position: Project Manager (Site) PEB Number of Requirements-05 Location : Project Site (Pan India based on assignment) Experience Required : 12–18 Years in PEB Projects Department : Projects Industry : Pre-Engineered Buildings / Infrastructure / Construction / Steel Structures Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager (Site) for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects who will be responsible for complete site management, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of industrial and commercial steel building projects. The candidate must have deep experience in PEB structures, site operations, vendor coordination, and client handling. Key Responsibilities End-to-end execution of PEB projects at site, from mobilization to handover. Supervise and guide site engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure quality and timely execution. Prepare and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets in line with client and company objectives. Coordinate with the design, planning, and procurement teams for timely delivery of drawings and materials. Ensure adherence to all safety, statutory, and quality compliance measures. Handle client interactions and maintain regular communication for progress updates and approvals. Resolve site issues, manage risks, and implement corrective actions for delays or technical challenges. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly progress. Manage material handling, inventory control, and proper storage at the site. Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Drive erection work for steel structures, roofing, cladding, mezzanine floors, and other related components. Support billing and certification processes with site documentation and client approvals. Key Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems, fabrication, and erection methods. Excellent leadership and team-handling skills. Proficient in reading drawings, interpreting technical specifications, and coordinating with design teams. Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Knowledge of project management tools and MS Project/Primavera preferred. Good command of safety practices and site discipline. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 12–18 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale PEB projects. Show more Show less
