🔹 Role Overview

building, strengthening, and activating brands

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  ATL & BTL marketing activations

  aligned with brand and sales objectives
• Manage

  product roadmap and lifecycle

  , including

  new product launches

• Lead

  brand communication strategy

  , campaigns, and collateral development
• Measure and improve campaign effectiveness using

  PDCA and analytics

• Handle

  corporate marketing initiatives

  including website, PR & media engagement
• Develop

  annual brand action plans

  using the full marketing mix
• Conduct

  market, consumer & competitor analysis

  to identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate with

  media, BTL, PR & creative agencies

  for execution

🔹 Desired Profile

• Education:

  Graduate (any stream) | MBA / Management preferred

• Experience:

  7+ years in

  Brand / Marketing roles

• Industry Exposure:

  Consumer Durables / Consumer Goods / FMCG / Paints / Auto-related brands
• Strong understanding of

  Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales Processes

• Excellent

  analytical, stakeholder management & execution skills
