Sales Training & Development •Design and implement structured sales training programs for store teams •Build product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and service excellence •Coach and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates to improve performance •Drive a performance-oriented culture through regular reviews and feedback 3. Retail Operations & P&L Management •Own and manage store-level P&L, ensuring profitability and cost control •Monitor key metrics such as sales, margins, inventory turns, shrinkage, and staff productivity •Optimize store operations to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience •Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements 4. Team Leadership & Performance Management •Lead, motivate, and develop multi-store retail team •Set clear targets and KPIs for stores and review performance regularly •Identify talent, support succession planning, and reduce attrition 5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards •Ensure consistent brand representation and visual merchandising standards across stores •Drive superior customer experience and handle escalations when required •Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and repeat business Educational Background: ➢Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business, or related field. ➢MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
