Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at MIJA in the Retail Sales Jewellery industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming and assisting customers to ensure a personalized shopping experience. - Understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable diamond jewellery pieces. - Achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining service excellence. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections. - Handling billing, invoicing, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. - Managing store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards. - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through clientele and after-sales service. - Following airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. - Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations). - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Hands-on experience in handling International Customers will be an added advantage.
