Role Description

The Brand Onboarding Specialist is responsible for successfully onboarding new brands onto the company’s platform or ecosystem. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience by coordinating documentation, guiding brand partners through processes, and aligning brand standards with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new brands, from initial approval to go-live

Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded brand partners

Collect, verify, and organize required brand documentation, assets, and contracts

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Finance) to ensure onboarding milestones are met

Ensure brand information, pricing, and content are accurately set up in internal systems

Track onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays proactively

Maintain onboarding checklists, SOPs, and documentation

Gather feedback from brands to improve onboarding processes

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

1–4 years of experience in onboarding, account management, operations, or partnerships

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems, onboarding tools, and spreadsheets

Preferred Skills

Experience working with brands, vendors, or partners

Familiarity with brand compliance, content management

Customer success or relationship management experience

Brand satisfaction and onboarding feedback

Accuracy of brand setup and documentation
