Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Operation Executive who is fluent in Hindi to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and support the administrative functioning of the company. Key Responsibilities: Handle general administrative and clerical tasks Answer calls and communicate with clients/customers, especially Hindi-speaking Maintain files and records, both digital and physical Assist in procurement and inventory control Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and support staff Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, supplies, and office expenses Assist management in scheduling and logistics Requirements: Gender : Both (preferred for field-related or travel duties) Languages : Fluency in Hindi and basic English; Tamil is a plus Minimum qualification: HSC or any Degree 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location: In person
