Roles and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines. Develop creative briefs based on client requirements and communicate them to creative, media, and production teams. Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook). Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging social media content that aligns with client brand guidelines. Monitor social media performance and provide clients with analytics reports to optimize future campaigns. Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media, digital, social) to ensure alignment and clarity. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor campaign and social media performance, providing clients with regular reports and insights. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services, including social media campaigns, to existing clients. Support new business pitches by contributing to proposals and presentations. Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. Financial Oversight: Manage client budgets, including social media advertising spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial parameters. Prepare and review invoices, estimates, and contracts in collaboration with the finance team. Track profitability of accounts and report on financial performance to agency leadership. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns, including social media campaigns. Experience creating and managing social media calendars and content strategies. Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams. Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple campaigns and social media schedules simultaneously. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and optimize social media performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRM software, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Knowledge of advertising channels (digital, print, TV, social media) and campaign analytics, including social media metrics. Attributes : Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing complex social media calendars. Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
