The Brand Manager represents the D2C brand’s vision on-ground, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals, delivering an exceptional customer journey, and maintaining a strong product feedback loop between customers and brand teams.
This role connects marketing strategy, customer insights, and sales execution, ensuring that every interaction enhances brand perception and drives measurable growth.

Experience Criteria for Brand Manager Candidates
· Minimum 5–8 Years in Brand Management Proven track record in building and scaling consumer brands, preferably in FMCG, health foods, or clean-label categories.
· Experience in D2C and Omnichannel Strategy Hands-on experience in launching and managing brands across digital platforms, retail, and institutional channels.
· Campaign Leadership Across Diverse Markets Led successful brand campaigns in urban and rural India, with sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity.
· Product Positioning in Innovation-Driven Categories Experience promoting tech-enabled or research-backed products (e.g., functional foods, nutraceuticals, sustainability-driven offerings).
· Impact Storytelling & Cause-Driven Branding Demonstrated ability to craft narratives around social impact, sustainability, or community empowerment—ideally with tribal or farmer-based initiatives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration Worked closely with R&D, sales, design, and operations to ensure brand consistency and product-market fit.
· Data-Driven Brand Optimization Familiarity with brand health metrics, consumer insights, and performance dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
· Experience with Packaging, Visual Identity & QR-Based Engagement Exposure to packaging innovation, traceability tools, and interactive brand formats (e.g., QR codes, single-serve formats)
