Adwants is an integrated agency offering brand, strategy, and digital solutions. Serving clients across the globe from 3 offices, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Dubai.


Position Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Adwants. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling presentations, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. You will also collaborate closely with the Content, Digital, and Creative teams to create engaging and on-brand visuals for various reputable brands.



Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and execute data-driven social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost brand engagement and achieve client KPIs.


Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand voice.


Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee daily operations of client social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.


Analyze Performance Metrics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.


Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.


Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, presenting campaign strategies, progress updates, and actionable insights to build strong, trust-based relationships.


Collaborate Across Teams: Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and PPC specialists to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.



Experience & Skills:

  • Any Bachelor's / Master's degree 
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in client servicing within a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of mainline advertising and its integration with digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multitask, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to detail skill


Available to start in 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
