Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing - not just a “reels maker.” You’ll manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Facebook, and Instagram. This job is about consistency, strategy, and understanding what works for a B2B logistics brand.

If you can’t handle analytics, copywriting, and proper scheduling - this isn’t for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar for all platforms
• Create clear, professional posts (text, creatives, short videos)
• Write job postings and manage responses on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs
• Track performance metrics: reach, leads, applicant quality, engagement
• Work with management to refine messaging and branding
• Stay on top of logistics-industry trends and competitors
• Coordinate with design/editor (if needed)
• Maintain professional, consistent brand voice across platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a company (preferably B2B or logistics)
• Strong writing skills - no generic motivational posts
• Ability to create basic graphics (Canva or similar)
• Understanding of growth strategies: hashtags, timing, SEO for job posts
• Ability to research, track, and optimize
• Reliability + fast communication (non-negotiable)
