Role Overview

Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Open Market)

  • Source loan files directly from the

    open market

    via field sales, outreach, and local campaigns.
  • Create strong catchment penetration by visiting

    residential pockets, real estate hubs, builder sites, and commercial markets

    .
  • Maintain pipeline discipline, daily market coverage, and lead conversion hygiene in CRM.

Connector Network Management

  • Identify, onboard, and enable

    connectors

    including mortgage distributors, property brokers, builder channel partners, referral agents, CAs, architects/interiors, and local influencers.
  • Drive productivity from each connector by training them on loan offerings, policies, and process flow.
  • Conduct periodic joint field activities, touchpoint engagement, and incentive alignment with connectors.

Branch Sales Ownership

  • Deliver

    Home Loan and LAP disbursal targets

    month-on-month.
  • Manage login-to-disbursal improvements by ensuring quality sourcing and TAT discipline.
  • Increase branch market share through visibility activities, branding, and localized promotions.

Process & Portfolio Quality

  • Ensure adherence to credit policy, KYC norms, fraud filters, and document compliance.
  • Maintain customer service standards and smooth loan processing coordination with internal ops/credit.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (Any discipline)

    | MBA preferred
  • 410 years

    in secured loan sales (HL + LAP/Mortgage/Loan Against Property)
  • Must have

    field sales experience in open market

    and

    existing connector network

  • Bank / HFC / NBFC secured lending background mandatory

  • Understanding of HL/LAP policies and mortgage documentation
