Home Loan Manager

• Sales & Promotion:
• Identify potential customers and generate leads for home loan products.
• Actively promote home loan products and services to clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the companys loan products, features, interest rates, and other relevant details.
• Customer Interaction:
• Meet with clients to understand their home loan needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide assistance with loan applications, documentation, and the loan approval process.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs brokers, real estate agents, and other business partners.
• Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales and product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home loans, banking, or financial products for 3-5years.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Basic knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and financial documents.
