Job Description for a role of Sales Executive in MSME Loan Product Sales & Promotion: Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings. Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs. Customer Interaction: Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs. Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients. Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management. Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate Experience: Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products. Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products. Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs. Personal Attributes: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Job Title: Head of Sales Business Loans / MSME Loans Location: Maharashtra Department: Sales & Lending Operations Job Summary: The Head of Sales – Business & MSME Loans is responsible for leading and scaling the loan sales function across geographies. This includes developing high-performing sales teams, building partnerships, expanding the customer base, and achieving disbursement targets. The role demands deep understanding of MSME customer behavior, credit risk, and competitive market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Define and execute sales strategies to drive loan disbursements for MSME and business loan products. Set ambitious but achievable monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales teams. Team Management Build, manage, and mentor a team. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to maintain high productivity levels. Business Development & Channel Expansion Develop and manage key partnerships (DSAs, channel partners, aggregators) to source high-quality leads. Drive both direct and indirect sales through field visits, tele-sales, digital channels, and partner networks.
