Job Description

Drive sales of home loan products through direct and channel sourcing.
Generate leads through open market, builder tie-ups, real estate agents, and internal references.
Guide and support clients through the entire loan process – from application to disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursements and revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and developers.
Train, guide, and mentor team members (if applicable) to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management for strategy planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,746.52 per month
