Branch Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Business and customerCross sell of liability investment and asset products to both existing and NTB customersGenerate referrals from internal base and ensure customer service issues are addressed Generate and review reports and file them accordinglyAdminister and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branchMeet the business targets and identify sales opportunities
• Generate leads for new business and customersPrepare and analyze branch profitability
• Hiring of sales resources and providing them with the requisite training and handholding themSelfsourcing business basis opportunity and potential Customer
• Ensure seamless onboarding experience for customersEnsuring best in class TAT and processing standards
• Ensuring that any service complaints are resolved in a timely mannerProfiling customers and providing them with the right productCompetitor watch and give relevant suggestion and feedback to constantly improvise products intune with the marketInternal process
• Build a strong teamWorking towards eliminating bottlenecks in the process and rejuvenating the customer journey with UjjivanTimely training of team members so as to ensure product knowledge change in processes are communicated in a timely manner downwards
