Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement branch-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will monitor daily sales activities, oversee the performance of sales executives, and identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Leading, mentoring, and motivating the branch sales team to achieve individual and team goals will be a key aspect of your role. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing necessary training and coaching are also part of your responsibilities to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
