Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Branch Sales Manager. The role involves leading and managing branch operations while monitoring performance and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential markets, building a robust customer base, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The Branch Sales Manager is expected to mentor and guide the sales team, foster customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Financial Products, Mortgage Loans, and Housing Finance
• Experience with Strategy Implementation and Performance Monitoring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and motivate a team to meet targets
• Relevant experience in the housing finance or banking industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, with an MBA as a plus
