- Achieve monthly targets for revenue, order booking, and collections as per business plan with both short-term and long-term strategic focus.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities across segments, geographies, and key accounts; develop and execute growth strategies with full accountability.
- Drive business growth through structured customer engagement, funnel review, and consistent achievement of sales budgets.
- Build and manage project pipelines, ensuring discipline in review processes.
- Monitor revenue from transactional customers such as contractors, panel builders, builders, OEMs across commercial, residential, and retail segments.
- Increase share of wallet in key accounts; handle projects with strong contractor and consultant relationships.
- Ensure timely collections from channel partners through appropriate monitoring and follow-up mechanisms.
- Maintain discipline in reporting, data management, customer visit reports, and statutory report.
compliance (forms, permits, etc.).
- Experience with at least 10 years in the electrical switchgear industry in sales/business development.
- Mandatory experience in team handling.
- Preferably from electrical/switchgear industry.
- Candidates from automation, electrical accessories, or project-based product industries may also be considered.
