Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the branch’s sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies for business growth. The role also requires monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development skills, with knowledge of market trends and customer acquisition strategies
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management and client servicing abilities
• Analytical skills for market and performance analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience in the housing finance or financial services industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales tools
