Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Own branch admissions and revenue targets for all courses (offline & online).
  • Lead, train and motivate a team of counsellors / telecallers to achieve daily and monthly enrolment goals.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities: seminars, college visits, tie‑ups, social media lead follow‑up and walk‑in management.
  • Meet students/parents, counsel them on career options in digital marketing and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Track leads and conversions using CRM/Excel, and share daily/weekly reports with management.
  • Maintain high student satisfaction at the branch through professional communication and service.

Candidate profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in education / EdTech / training / counselling / field sales (digital marketing or IT training preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales / admission targets and handling a small team.
  • Strong communication in English + Malayalam, convincing skills, and passion for helping students build careers.
  • Comfortable working with targets, WhatsApp/phone calling, and basic computer/CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,674.95 - ₹37,844.61 per month
