TruHome Finance is looking for a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to drive affordable housing loan sales in Delhi and Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch sales, building relationships with clients and DSA/DSR partners, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive affordable housing loan sales for the branch. Develop and manage relationships with DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and DST partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Housing Finance / BFSI / DSA channels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
