Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Source and acquire High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) for investment products including:
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
Mutual Funds
Fixed Income Products
Life & General Insurance
Broking Accounts
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to grow wallet share and client retention.

Business Development & Target Achievement

Consistently achieve assigned targets for:
Assets Under Management (AUM)
Insurance premiums
Overall revenue contribution
Acquire a minimum of
2 New-to-Firm (NTF)
clients monthly with a
minimum investment of 25 lakhs
each.

Client Engagement & Reporting

Conduct regular meetings (daily) with existing and prospective clients to pitch suitable products based on their risk profile and investment goals.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM and internal systems regularly.

Role Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Finance-related preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Wealth Management, Equity Advisory, Mutual Funds, PMS, or Broking
Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
